- Ustrasana – Camel Pose
This one resembles the stance of the camel. It is known to open up your chest while improving the respiration. The camel pose stretches the neck and the throat.
Process – You have to sit down on your knee and take your entire body backwards from the front to touch the feet though your hands. It requires flexibility and you will get better with time hence do not force yourself to do it at one go.
- Natarajasana – Dance Pose

Process – Stand on the ground with your feet wide apart. Bend and lean forward by taking one leg up holding with one of your hands. Take your other hand in the front. Balance your whole body on one leg.
